What You’ll Do (Service HVAC Technician):
Run residential HVAC service calls—diagnose issues, troubleshoot systems, and complete repairs on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and related equipment while following safety and quality standards.
Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups, clearly explain findings and options to homeowners, and document your work accurately (notes, recommendations, and parts used).
Work independently in the field while supporting the team when needed, including occasional assistance with installations/testing. This role is hands-on and  involves lifting, bending and twisting, using ladders, and working in tight spaces; you’ll use the right equipment and safe practices to get the job done.

What We’re Looking For:
•    1+ year of experience as a Service HVAC Technician or completion of HVAC Course and mechanical aptitude
•    Excellent communication and customer service skills
•    Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
•    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

•    Professional appearance and a friendly, respectful approach with customers

•    EPA Certification
•    Clean background check

Work Hours: 
•    40+ hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30)
•    On-call rotation
